He was then asked to work with us on a succession planning process to find a new CEO and helped the board identify appropriate executive search firms to choose for the search process. In the last year we have asked him to coach our executive team and senior managers on developing their leadership skills and is now working with us on a new strategic plan for 2020-2023. His coaching skills and positive attitude have helped to make our organization better able to meet its mission of maximizing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
